These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.themystictours.com and the travel services provided by The Mystic Tours (“we,” “our,” “us”), a travel agency based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
The Mystic Tours acts as a travel agency and tour operator, offering the following services:
- Customised domestic and international holiday packages
- Hotel and resort reservations
- Flight and transport bookings
- Visa assistance and documentation guidance
- Corporate travel management and MICE solutions
- Bespoke and luxury travel planning
All itineraries are designed based on your requirements and are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and a written confirmation from The Mystic Tours via email or WhatsApp.
- Verbal discussions, enquiries, or provisional holds do not constitute a confirmed booking
- Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights, and services at the time of confirmation
- The Mystic Tours reserves the right to amend prices due to changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations
- Advance Payment: A minimum deposit of 25–50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking (as specified in your quotation)
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the travel start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking
- GST: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp) to info@themystictours.com. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 30 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
- No-show: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
Please note that certain components (flights, peak-season hotels, international packages) may have stricter cancellation policies set by third-party suppliers. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation:
- Amendment requests must be made in writing
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability
- Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the change
- Changes requested within 15 days of travel may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking
The Mystic Tours reserves the right to make minor itinerary adjustments (e.g., hotel of similar category, altered activity sequence) due to operational requirements, weather, or force majeure events. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, visa, and any other required travel documents for their destination. The Mystic Tours may assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for:
- Visa rejections or delays by embassy or immigration authorities
- Denied entry at any port of entry
- Changes in visa requirements or regulations
- Any costs arising from failure to obtain correct documentation
All travellers should carry their original documents and ensure they meet the entry requirements of their destination country.
The Mystic Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers. While we take every care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers
- Loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics
- Loss of personal belongings, travel documents, or money during the trip
- Medical expenses or emergencies during travel (travel insurance is strongly recommended)
- Changes to flight schedules, delays, or cancellations by airlines
Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, loss of baggage, and travel delays. The Mystic Tours does not provide travel insurance. Failure to obtain insurance is at the traveller’s own risk.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for obtaining any required vaccinations for their destination. The Mystic Tours is not liable for health-related issues arising during travel. Please consult a physician before travelling to destinations with specific health advisories.
If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour manager or contact our 24/7 support line immediately so we can attempt to resolve it. Complaints raised after the trip must be submitted in writing to info@themystictours.com within 14 days of your return.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
